Victoria Willock

Ms. Willock is a distinguished finance professional with more than 40 years of experience in various corporate finance and M&A service capacities.

She was previously a Managing Director of Corporate Finance at KPMG and at Chase Manhattan Bank where she was responsible for identifying and structuring private placements, M&A, and IPO advisories. She was a Vice President of Private Placements at Bank of America. She has also served as Interim CFO for Earthstone International.

Prior to these positions, she was an Investment Analyst in the Bond Department at John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance where she managed a fixed income portfolio in excess of $750 million. She also performed due diligence for John Hancock Venture Partners, now HarbourVest.

She currently serves on several advisory boards among them CBD Capital Group, Marquis Advisory Group (Chairman), San Francisco Airport Financial Advisory Board, and Venga Global.

After leaving KPMG Ms. Willock established Willock Partners and advised private companies on corporate finance options for short- and long-term benefits to shareholders and their companies. Through her company she also arranged private placements, M&A transactions for both buy- and sell-side, and structured the proposed sale or purchase.

Willock has an M.B.A. in finance from Boston University.
