Loretta LeBar

Mrs. LeBar is a distinguished legal professional with an extensive experience in M&A, government relations, regulatory compliance, industry turnarounds, investigations, and administrative agency representation. Over the course of her career, Lebar has accrued 30+ years of legal practice experience.

Ms. LeBar was Of Counsel with the law firms of Stoll Keenon Ogden of Lexington, KY, among several others prior to going into in-house positions. She was a full time in house regulatory/operations counsel for both Atria Senior Living and SVP of Regulatory Compliance with Deseret Health Group, while also in private practice full time. 

Ms. LeBar served for 9 years as Deputy Attorney General in the State of Delaware, assigned to the Department of Health and Senior Services. 

Ms. LeBar served as IPO regulatory counsel for several Wall Street financial underwriters taking a national senior living company having more than 380 facilities public, LeBar traveled throughout the US conducting due diligence in M&A, evaluating systems, regulatory compliance, policies, and procedures and perform risk analysis of operations in Long Term Care Facilities, Home Health, Hospice, Physician Practices, Durable Medical Equipment, and Pharmacy.

She has a nationwide practice that includes acting as outside compliance counsel for midsize firms to Fortune 500 assisted living company; and general legal counsel to several small to midsize, assisted living companies. Ms. LeBar currently provides counsel to several other long-term care companies nationwide.
