Adam is a highly experienced and accomplished operations, care, culture, branding & marketing senior healthcare professional with a proven track record of improving quality outcomes, increasing census and quality mix, improving organizational culture and enhancing staff retention and improving resident/family/staff satisfaction

Adam was a founding member of Triad Senior Living. Under his leadership TSL grew to 10 Skilled Nursing Facilities totaling 1188 beds with annualized revenues of  $75,000,000. Prior to TSL Adam served as Vice President of operations at Mariner Health responsible for 22 Skilled Nursing Facilities and 6 Assisted Living Facilities with an annual revenue of more than $250,000,000.

 

Today Adam is a managing member of Sigma Healthcare Management where he provide consulting to Wall Street and International Investment Groups pertaining to the senior healthcare sector. Adam also provides operational consulting services to owners and operators in the industry and is regularly engaged to function as interim Administrator to address operational, staffing, regulatory and financial issues on site.
